If you are unable to add readings, sketches, or equipment to the MICA mobility app then you will want to view this article instead - Tabs, equipment, sketch, materials readings options missing
- Is the dry-out already confirmed? Once the dry-out is confirmed, MICA won't accept new information for a loss. You will need to undo the dry-out and then export again to update the app.
- Are your readings missing from MICA reports? Readings will only show on MICA reports if the room is added to a dry chamber. Ensure all rooms are added to a dry chamber. After adding rooms to a chamber, export the loss to the MICA cloud and generate a new report.
- Are you using the MICA mobile app (iOS or Android)? Export the job to MICA cloud, then delete and re-download it.
- If the readings are still missing, it may be due to conflicting changes between MICA app users. It's possible that they will need to be re-added manually, however, please contact Support via Live Chat, by email at support@nextgearsolutions.com, or by phone at 866-769-7855.
