Overview

You can add an option for your Engage (fka ProAssist) portal users (homeowners, property owners, etc) to leave a review in your existing Google or Yelp (or other) company page. 

Acquire your review URL

First, you will need to get your Google or Yelp review URL to add to your DASH profile.

How to get your Google Review URL:

• https://support.google.com/business/answer/7035772?hl=en

How to get your Yelp Review URL:

• Visit Yelp and find your business to get to the review specific page and copy the URL then paste in the Web Review Website field on the Office Page.

Adding your review URL

1. Hover over Administration in the blue navigation ribbon in your DASH environment
2. Click on "Company Settings"
3. Click on "Office" and click "Edit Office" next to the location you want to add your Google or Yelp review URL to.
4. In the lower right corner of your office settings window, you will see a field titled "Web Review Website". Past the URL you got from your review provider and choose the correct "Web Review Type" and click Save.
