Issue
- Rerouted back to the home page in DASH after clicking on the Ready to Invoice button on a job
- Redirected to landing page when using Ready to Invoice
Solution
This can occur due to two main reasons:
- Job is in On Hold status - see this article for more information on how to add/remove an On Hold status
- Securities are missing from the user's profile who is trying to use "Ready to Invoice"
- Hover over Administration and click on Employee/Security Settings
- Click Security or Group Security.
- Select the employee's name (or title) in the upper-right hand corner.
- Expand Accounting -> check the checkbox next to Ready to Invoice
- Expand Dashboard -> Job Dashboard -> check the box next to Accounts Receivable Tracking
