• How can I add a new user in Mitigate (fka MICA)?

Answer

1. Log into Mitigate (fka MICA) exchange and navigate to the Home tab
2. Click on Administrative Tasks
3. Click on User Management
4. Click Add New User
   
   
5. Fill out the required profile information. NOTE: user IDs cannot be edited once they are created.
6. Click Save
