Blank Contacts in CRM

Issue

  • Why do I have contacts that are empty/blank in CRM (fka Luxor)?
  • Contacts in my CRM account have no name

 


Solution

Blank contacts are created when a CRM (fka Luxor) user uses the Email To Activity feature in Luxor, but the email address is not associated with a CRM contact.


You can verify this by opening up a blank contact and seeing if there is an email activity associated with it.
