Answer

GREEN: Green Tasks are Action Items that still have 75% of their time remaining before the task is overdue. For example, if the task is scheduled to be completed within four (4) hours, the task will be green for the first three (3) hours, which is 75% of four (4) hours.

YELLOW: Yellow Tasks are the Action Items that have less than 25% of their time remaining before the task is overdue. For example, if the task is scheduled to be completed within four (4) hours, the task will be yellow for the last hour, which is 25% of four (4) hours.

RED: Red Tasks are the Action Items that are overdue. These tasks will require an exception reason to be
 entered when attempted to be completed.
