• How can I send information from DryBook/Work Center to my job in Mitigate (fka MICA)?
• How do I sync drying data from WorkCenter to Mitigate (fka MICA)?

Answer

The sync between WorkCenter and Mitigate (fka MICA) is a one-way sync from WorkCenter > Mitigate (fka MICA) only. Any information updated in Mitigate (fka MICA) will not reflect in WorkCenter or DryBook and must be updated there as well. It is advised that any changes which need to be made on the job, are always made in WorkCenter or DryBook and then synced to Mitigate (fka MICA) to avoid double entry.

You can sync your job from WorkCenter to Mitigate (fka MICA)  by following the steps below:

1. Log into your WorkCenter environment and navigate to the job/loss page.
2. Click on the "Actions" dropdown and choose the option to sync to Mitigate (fka MICA). NOTE: if you do not see this option, reach out to Servpro support for further assistance.
   
3. A pop-up screen will appear which allows you to select which forms, photos, documents, or drying data you want to send over.
