Issue

• Unable to add moisture readings MICA
• Moisture meters not populating
• Moisture meters do not save
• No dropdown options when entering readings

Solution

If you are unable to add moisture readings or cannot add a moisture meter, try the following:

1. Download All:
   • iPad - click on the "Download" tab, then click "Select All," and then "Download."
   • iPhone - navigate to the Home screen of the app, choose Downloads from the menu, and tap Download All.
   • Windows - click on the "Download" tab, then click "Select All," and then "Download."
   • Android mobile device -navigate to the Home screen of the app, choose Downloads from the menu, and tap Download All.
   • Android tablet - click on the "Download" tab, then click "Select All," and then "Download."
       
2. If you're still having issues, try logging out and back in. You should be prompted to download a Master Data list when you log back in.
