Issue

• Dispatch app is crashing
• Dispatch app is freezing
• "Status Update Unsuccessful" error message in app

Solution

If the app is freezing or they get a "Status Update Unsuccessful" message: 

• Force Close: Have them "Kill" the app (swipe up/away) and restart it. 
• App Version: Verify they are on the latest version in the App Store/TestFlight. 
• The "Clean Slate": Instruct them to Delete and Reinstall the Field Kit app entirely.
