• Why are only a small number of internal participants shown within the "Internal Participants" selector on the job Slideboard?

Answer

The list shows the first ten in your employee list, so if you do not see the person you need, just start typing their name in the field and the name should pop up for you to select. This is true for all the participants including the Estimator and Coordinator.
