- Error received when setting up timesheets in DASH
- "All custom pay rates for this user must be set up to save a timesheet" error
Answer
This error is caused by having one or more custom activity codes not completed for an employee.
You can fix this error by doing the following:
- Hover over Administration and click Employee
- Locate the employee's profile and click Edit (the employee whom you were receiving the error for in Timesheets)
- Scroll to the bottom of the edit profile page
- Click “Update Custom Activity Codes”
- From there, find the custom activity code(s) that do not have Regular, Overtime, or Double time filled out for that employee.
- Once those get filled out, the error should not flag any longer when you add a timesheet for that employee.
