Answer

1. Navigate to the Forms tab on the job in MICA
2. Fill out the form and save your changes
3. Export the loss to the MICA cloud
4. Navigate to the Reports tab on the loss in MICA
5. Click Upload to XA and choose the Work Auth and Forms tab
6. Click Download if you want to ensure it's filled out or simply click Upload to XA
7. Next, verify that it says Sent to XA in XA tab
