• How can I change my company display name in Engage (fka ProAssist) text messages?

Answer 

By default, the name will be pulled from Company Display Name. If a Company Display Name is not present, it will be pulled from the location name under Administration > Company Settings > Office > Edit Office > Company Name. 

To edit your Company Display Name in DASH follow these steps:

1. Hover over Administration in the blue navigation ribbon in your DASH environment.
2. Click on Company Settings then click on Company Display Name.
3. Edit / add your Company Display Name here.
