Issue

• My sketch is blank in MICA for Windows
• My sketch is distorted or squished in MICA 
• I am unable to see all buttons on sketch in MICA desktop 

Solution

If your computer is set to an extremely high resolution, you may not be able to see all of the buttons on the sketch menu. Your sketch may also be cut off or distorted.

How to resolve:

1. Right-click the MICA icon on your desktop > Select properties > Select the Compatibility tab 
2. Select Change high DPI settings
3. Check the checkbox next to Override high DPI scaling behavior
4. Select System from the dropdown > select Ok
5. Reopen MICA Windows Desktop application to verify changes
6. If changes do not take, close the application: (Warning: May have to close through your PC's Task Manager)
7. Disclaimer: The HDPI setting can also cause buttons and dialog boxes to display incorrectly.
