Identifying email opt-outs in CRM

Question

  • How can I see which email recipients have opted out of emails from CRM (fka Luxor)?

 


Answer

  1. Log into your CRM (fka Luxor) environment
  2. Click on the Marketing module on the left-hand navigation menu
  3. Click "Target Lists" from the actions menu on the left-hand side
  4. Select the button to the left of the Target List name
     

     
  5. Click "Show List" 
  6. You can see who has opted out by looking at the "Is Opt Out" column on the right-hand side. If it says "True" that means they have opted out of receiving emails.
