The Cotality Learning Community (CLC) is moving to a new LMS platform called LearnUpon in mid-October. LearnUpon will provide a more streamlined and user-friendly learning experience, making it easier to access training, track progress, and manage your learning journey in one place. As we prepare for this transition, please review the information below to understand which training records will transfer and any actions you may need to take before the move.

Before the mid-October cut-off, please review your training progress in Thought Industries and complete any unfinished courses. Courses that are not 100% complete by the cut-off will need to be restarted in LearnUpon.

Which records will transfer to LearnUpon?

• Completed stand-alone courses
• Completed courses within a Learning Path
  • Example: If a learning path includes 5 courses and you completed 3 of them, those 3 completed courses will move to LearnUpon. You will only need to complete the remaining courses in LearnUpon.
• Certificates of Completion

Which records will NOT transfer to LearnUpon?

• Courses that are not 100% complete
  • Example: If a course includes 5 modules and you complete only 3 before the cut-off, the course record will not transfer to LearnUpon. To avoid restarting the course, complete all modules before the cut-off.
• Courses that have not been started

What do you need to do before mid-October?

• Log in to your Cotality Learning Community account on Thought Industries via this link: CLC on Thought Industries.
• Review your training and identify incomplete courses.
• Complete any courses that are in progress before the mid-October cut-off. If you plan to take courses that have not been started, begin and complete them before the cut-off to avoid restarting them in LearnUpon.
• Watch your inbox for additional details about the LearnUpon launch and timeline.
• Thank you for reviewing your training status and completing any outstanding courses before the cut-off. Taking these steps now will help ensure your completed training records transfer smoothly and your access to training continues with minimal disruption.
