The ability to add a DocuSketch link requires proper security access. To grant access to this feature: 1. Hover over Administration and click on Employee/Security Settings 2. Click Security or Group Security. Select the employee's name (or title) in the upper-right hand corner. 3. Expand the Slideboard section and select the checkbox next to DocuSketch
Users can add a DocuSketch link within the Photos tab of any job. This link allows DASH users to easily access the DocuSketch for the job.
This link, however, does not allow any information to pass between systems. Therefore, you cannot sync photos or other information between systems.
To add a DocuSketch link to a job:
- Navigate to the Job or Claim
- Scroll down to the Photos tab at the bottom of the job's slideboard
- Locate the Add DocuSketch Link and click on it
- Copy the DocuSketch link with the associated job in DocuSketch
- Paste it into the text field in DASH
- Click Save
