• Does my MICA sketch sync over from MICA to Estimate Workspace (fka Mobile Claims)?
• How can I upload my sketch from MICA to Claims Workspace (fka Claims Connect)?
• Can I import a sketch from Estimate Workspace into MICA?

Answer

Currently, sketches created in MICA cannot be exported to Claims Workspace (formerly known as Claims Connect). Similarly, sketches from Claims Workspace cannot be imported into MICA.

If you have already completed a sketch in Estimate Workspace (formerly Mobile Claims), there is no need to create another sketch in MICA.

In cases where equipment needs to be placed in MICA, users may opt to use the sketch tool within MICA. This can be accessed from the sketch tab on the job. Alternatively, you can add room dimensions and place equipment directly from the equipment tab in MICA.
