Question
- An employee has logged activities but they are not showing on the Management Report
- Activities are missing on the CRM (fka Luxor) weekly Management Report
Answer
There are a few reasons that an employee's activities might not be displayed or shown on the weekly Management Report for Restoration CRM (fka Luxor). Check the following:
- Is the employee set to show on the Management Report? Employees must be added to the Marketer (sometimes shown as Salesperson) security group for their information to be displayed in the report. You can add them to this security group by going to Admin > Security Group Management > Marketer (or Salesperson).
- If they are already added as a Marketer/Salesperson, locate a Contact that had an Activity that should have been counted on the weekly Management Report:
- Does the activity have an Activity Type selected? Users can create activities on contacts without selecting an Activity Type.
- Is that Activity Type one of the activities included in the Management Report settings? Included activity types can be added or removed by navigating to Admin > Management Report Settings. This will change what counts towards an activity in the weekly report.
- NOTE: if a salesperson meets with two individuals who are with the same company and records two activities on those separate contacts, this report will only count those as one activity. Therefore, each company is only counted once regardless of how many people you logged an activity for within the company. This reinforces the idea that Sales/Marketing should hone in on the decision-maker for that company.
