Cannot see all names in the Calendar Resource or Participant list

Why can I not see all of the employees or resources in the DASH calendar?
Cannot see all participants in the participant selection list on the calendar

Answer

When you are selecting an employee/resource or a participant on the DASH Calendar, you may not see all of them listed. This is because the Calendar shows a small list of names until you begin to type in a name in the search bar. Use the search bar at the top of the Resource and/or Participant selector to narrow down your search results.
