Creating and managing atmospheric readings

NOTE: you can add atmospheric readings in either the Snapshot view or the Layout view. The instructions below will be via the Snapshot view.


  1. Navigate to the loss in Mitigate
  2. Scroll down on the Snapshot view and locate the Atmospherics section
  3. Click More next to Atmospherics
  4. On the drying chamber page, click the drying chamber dropdown to switch between interior drying chambers. Choose the desired one.
  5. NOTE: make sure you have a new trip added if you have not added a new one already (by clicking "Add Trip" button at the bottom of the drying chamber page)
  6. Next, click on the Add Location button on the bottom to choose which type of atmospheric readings to enter (inside affected, surface area, HVAC, dehumidifier, other)
