Answer
The My Franchise Manager Module is a token/security enabled tab within MICA web that provides a quick way to locate information on your MICA registration for insurance claims as well as franchisee information (if applicable).
The My Franchise Manager Module also provides franchise leaders an overview for all the MICA franchise locations that have been assigned to that user in User Management.

Security Access
- Navigate to the Home page in MICA.
- Select Administrative Tasks.
- Select User Management.
- Search and locate the user you would like to grant the access to. Select View/Set Permissions.
- Select the Tokens tab.
- Scroll down to the My Franchise Module token and check the box to enable.
Checking Registered FNOLs
Once the token has been added to your profile, follow the steps below to access the module:
- Open up MICA web in your browser
- Navigate to Administrative Tasks
- Select Franchise Info
- Select My Franchises
- From here you can view the registered FNOL insurance carrier or TPA program your company is signed up for
