- How can I get access to the Opportunities area of CRM (fka Luxor)?

This issue is typically caused by a missing Luxor license on the user's profile. To resolve this issue, follow these steps:
- Log into your CRM (fka Luxor) environment
- Navigate to the Admin section (reach out to your administrator if you do not have access to the Admin section)
- Click on User Management
- Next, locate and click on the user's name who is having issues seeing the Opportunities module
- Scroll down to the bottom of their profile to the license management section
- Make sure they have the “Luxor Support license” added to their profile.
