Unable to access the Opportunities module

Question

  • How can I get access to the Opportunities area of CRM (fka Luxor)?
  • Why am I unable to see the Opportunities module within the left-hand module navigation menu?

 


Answer

This issue is typically caused by a missing Luxor license on the user's profile. To resolve this issue, follow these steps:

  1. Log into your CRM (fka Luxor) environment
  2. Navigate to the Admin section (reach out to your administrator if you do not have access to the Admin section) 
  3. Click on User Management
  4. Next, locate and click on the user's name who is having issues seeing the Opportunities module
  5. Scroll down to the bottom of their profile to the license management section
  6. Make sure they have the “Luxor Support license” added to their profile.
