Question
- How to sync / upload / send work into Accuserve (fka CodeBlue)?
- How does the Accuserve (fka CodeBlue) sync work?
Overview
The integration between MICA and Accuserve (fka CodeBlue) will allow any contractors participating on the Accuserve program to send their mitigation documentation data captured in MICA directly to Accuserve and receive updated mitigation data back from Accuserve.
High level overview:
- The "Send to CodeBlue" button only needs to be pressed once after the first day's mitigation work - the integration should be automatic for the remainder of the job.
- The job will be locked in MICA after it is sent to Accuserve.
- The job will be unlocked in MICA once AccuServe submits its review.
- Any items changed by Accuserve will stay locked and cannot be edited.
Syncing to Accuserve
After completing your first day's work for a job in MICA and exporting all your work to the MICA cloud, take the following steps:
- Click the "Send to CodeBlue" button located in the top right corner of your loss within the MICA exchange/web environment. In the mobile app, find this button in the Reports section.
Project Locking
- Upon clicking "Send to CodeBlue," the project will be locked for further editing in MICA until AccuServe completes its review and sends it back to you. Once data is sent via the Send to Accuserve button in MICA, the loss is locked per Accuserve’s policy until reviewed. You'll need to request Accuserve to unlock that data for editing in MICA.
- You can confirm if a loss is locked by doing the following: 1) log into the MICA Exchange website, open the loss, and click "View LossExplorer Beta." 2) Go to the Mitigation Tab > Quick Entry, and check for padlock icons under Floor Definition, Drying Chambers, Readings, and Equipment to see if data is locked by Accuserve. 3) These padlock icons indicate that the loss data was sent to Accuserve and has not been released by them yet.
Post-AccuServe Updates
- After AccuServe sends back their updates, the project will be unlocked, allowing you to resume documenting the water mitigation project. Note: Any fields edited or updated by AccuServe will remain locked for the duration of the project.
Automated AccuServe Submission
- Once the project is unlocked and released back to you, all future uploads of that job to the MICA Cloud will automatically be sent to AccuServe. Remember, you only need to press the "Send to AccuServe" button the first time you submit your loss to AccuServe.
