Issue

• Employee is not showing for the Production Incentive Report
• Employees are not showing for the Sales / Marketing Incentive Report

Solution

The reason employees(s) are not showing up as a selection for the Production or Sales/Marketing Incentive Report is because they are not set up with an associated Incentive.

To set up an employee with an incentive

1. Log into your CRM (fka Luxor) environment and to the Admin section.
2. Then click on Incentives.
3. From there, choose the Incentive that the employee should be associated with (either Production or Sales/Marketing).
4. Then click Add Row and create a new incentive for the employee.

Once they have an Incentive associated with their profile, they should show up as a selection when generating an Incentive Report.
