Lien rights are the legal authority for contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to place a claim on a property title when they remain unpaid for labor or materials provided for improvements.

You can easily edit Lien Rights for the state(s) that you service by doing the following:

1. Hover over "Administration" in the blue navigation ribbon in DASH
2. Select "Job Settings" from the dropdown options
3. Select "Lien Rights" on the page
4. Click "Add new record" to add Lien rights for the desired state
5. Enter the number of days for Lien Rights according to state laws
