This page covers what the 4 types of Engage (fka ProAssist) portal users can do or see in Engage (fka ProAssist).

Customer
- Documents - Customers are the only Engage (fka ProAssist) portal users who can SIGN documents
- Notes - Customers can add private notes in the Notes section of Engage (fka ProAssist)
- Photos - Customers will see all public photos that are on the Engage (fka ProAssist) home page. All Engage (fka ProAssist) users also get a dedicated album where they can upload photos.
Loss Contact (if not the same as the Customer)
- Documents - Loss Contacts can see signed documents but only the customer can sign documents
- Notes - Loss Contacts can add private notes in the Notes section of Engage (fka ProAssist)
- Photos - Loss Contacts will see all public photos that are on the Engage (fka ProAssist) home page. All Engage (fka ProAssist) users also get a dedicated album where they can upload photos.
External Participants
- Documents - External Participants will not see documents within the Engage (fka ProAssist) portal
- Notes - External Participants can add private notes in the Notes section of Engage (fka ProAssist)
- Photos - External Participants will see all public photos that are on the Engage (fka ProAssist) home page. All Engage (fka ProAssist) users also get a dedicated album where they can upload photos.
Additional Users
- Documents - Additional Users will not see documents within the Engage (fka ProAssist) portal
- Notes - Additional Users can add private notes in the Notes section of Engage (fka ProAssist)
- Photos - Additional Users will see all public photos that are on the Engage (fka ProAssist) home page. All Engage (fka ProAssist) users also get a dedicated album where they can upload photos.
