In certain cases, you may need to classify a loss as a "Service Call" when drying is unnecessary. This article co

To mark a loss as a Service Call:

1. Search for the loss in MICA Web
2. Click the Edit Loss tab (A)
3. Locate the Assignment Type dropdown (under the "Loss Information" section) (B)
4. Select No Drying Data - Service Call from the dropdown (C)
5. Click Save. 
6. NOTE: you may have to create a new report and send to XactAnalysis if you were seeing any missing drying log errors
