Solution
There are a few reasons that you might have not received your CRM (fka Luxor) Weekly Management report. Check for these potential causes below:
- Are you on the list of recipients to receive the report? See this article for more information on how to add yourself or others to the Weekly Management Report - Management Report settings
- Have you checked your Spam or Junk folders? Make sure that you don't have any rules in your email inbox that would delete or spam the CRM (fka Luxor) weekly emails.
If you have checked the causes above, please reach out to our Support department so that they can escalate it to our Luxor team. Please provide the following information to expedite your request:
- Was the report delivered last week?
- Did any other CRM (fka Luxor) users not receive the report that should have?
