Data not exporting to MICA cloud

Issue

  • Unable to export from MICA mobile app
  • Information is appearing in the cloud "micaexchange" after exporting from MICA mobility
  • Data is not exporting to MICA cloud

 


Solution

This is likely due to an expired session.

  1. Log out of the application, delete the login credentials, then re-log into the MICA app
  2. Download the Master Data List and try to Export to the Cloud again
  3. If you still have issues, try logging out again deleting your credentials, then power cycle of the device (turn off, turn on, log back in).
  4. Re-download the Master Data List and try to export again
