Issue
- Unable to export from MICA mobile app
- Information is appearing in the cloud "micaexchange" after exporting from MICA mobility
- Data is not exporting to MICA cloud
Solution
This is likely due to an expired session.
- Log out of the application, delete the login credentials, then re-log into the MICA app
- Download the Master Data List and try to Export to the Cloud again
- If you still have issues, try logging out again deleting your credentials, then power cycle of the device (turn off, turn on, log back in).
- Re-download the Master Data List and try to export again
