• How can I enable the Address Autocomplete feature so that addresses are auto-filled when creating claims/jobs? 

Answer

When creating a job or claim, property address suggestions will automatically appear for selection and the year built will automatically populate. This feature pulls data from public address information so that you save time when creating new files in DASH.

To use this feature, a security option must be enabled in your DASH environment. To enable Address Autocomplete, please follow the instructions listed below:

1. Inside your DASH environment, hover over Administration and choose "Employee / Security Settings"
2. Next, select either Group Security (securities by job title) or Security (securities by employee)
3. In the upper right-hand corner, select the job title that you want to manage securities from (if you are on the Group Security page) OR select the employee's name from the dropdown (if you are on the Security page)
4. Expand "Slideboard" from the list
5. Check the box next to "CoreLogic Enriched Property Data"
6. Save the changes by selecting Save at the top of the page
