Issue
- Unable to find a job in DASH mobile app
- Job is showing in DASH but cannot be found on DASH mobile
- Job is not showing up under "My Jobs" tab in DASH Mobile
Solution
Check the following if you are having trouble locating a job in the DASH mobile app:
- Is the job in a "Closed" status in DASH? If so, it will not be visible on the mobile app.
- Double-check for any spelling/typos when searching for the job number in the mobile app.
- Make sure you have the latest version of the DASH mobile app installed.
- Power cycle the phone (log out, uninstall, turn the phone off, turn the phone on, reinstall, and log back in).
- Jobs will only show under the "My Jobs" tab if you are assigned as an internal participant on the job.
