Solution
In order to upload photos to the DASH mobile app your mobile device will need to allow access to your camera as well as your camera roll:
iPhone:
- Photos: go to Settings > Privacy > Photos. Locate the mobile app (DASH) and make sure to give it access to “All Photos”
- Camera: go to Settings > Privacy > Camera. Locate the NGS mobile app mobile app (DASH) and make sure the toggle is turned on for camera access.
Android:
- Select 'Settings > Apps > and locate the mobile app (DASH) on the device.
- Select 'Permissions' in App info.
- Allow access to 'Storage' and 'Camera'.
