Overview
The integration between DASH and Mitigate (fka MICA) allows you to automatically send information between the two softwares without having to duplicate your efforts.
This guide will walk you through how to set up the integration and get started.

The steps below must be set up on an office-by-office basis
- Log into your DASH environment
- Hover Administration on the blue navigation ribbon and select Office Settings
- From this page and select Office
- You will need to enter a MICA Master Location Code and your MICA Location ID
- The MICA Location ID is the same as your Franchise Code in MICA
- The MICA Master Location Code can be provided by our support team - please reach out to us via Live Chat, email at support@nextgearsolutions.com, or by phone at 866-769-7855
- Any required fields will need to be filled out
- Phone numbers need to be either blank (delete the "1-" prefix) or filled out.
- Click Save
