Not receiving Calendar emails

Issue

  • Calendar notification emails are not being received
  • Calendar emails are not being sent from DASH 

 


Solution

There are a few things that can cause issues in receiving Calendar notification emails:

 


Check Junk and Spam

Make sure to check your Junk and Spam folders to ensure that your email client is not filtering out your DASH calendar notification emails.

 


Email formatting

Make sure that your email address is formatted and spelled correctly on your profile in Workpsace (Administration > Employee)

 


Email settings configuration

Make sure that your email configuration is complete on your profile in DASH and is configured correctly. The Email Settings section can be found under Administration > Employee / Security Settings > Email Settings. Safelist our domain and IPs

Safelist the following email and IP addresses (if you are unsure how to do this, reach out to your IT or Google search "How to safelist emails and IP addresses for [enter your email provider here]".
