• How can I create an appointment in CRM (fka Luxor)?

Answer

You can create appointments for Contacts, Jobs, Organizations, etc. one of two ways: 1. From the Home screen of Luxor. 2 From the contact, job, etc directly.

To add a new appointment from the Home page of the CRM (fka Luxor) application:

1. Log into your CRM (fka Luxor) environment
2. Navigate to the Home screen of CRM (fka Luxor)
3. Next to Appointments, select the plus symbol to create a new appointment

To add a new appointment from the contact, job, etc directly:

1. Navigate to the contact, job, organization, etc.
2. Click on the "Appointments" tab from the bottom navigation menu
3. Select the plus symbol to create a new appointment
