• Where do the revenue amounts on Dashlets come from?
• What revenue is used for dollar amounts in CRM (fka Luxor / LuxorCRM) Dashlets/Dashboards?

Answer

The financial data on Dashlets are pulled from invoice data. 

It's also important to note that the dates come from the date on the invoice(s), not the "Date Invoiced" associated with the job.

Ex: on a Company-Wide Dashlet - when an amount is displayed on the Dashlet, it will be showing invoiced dollar amounts where the date on the invoice was within the Time Period set on the Dashlet's settings. You can check the Dashlet's time period by clicking on "Settings" in the upper left-hand corner of the Dashlet.
