Note
If you have any issues generating a Details Report, try clearing cookies and cache on your browser by pressing CTRL + SHIFT + DEL. If you see that any information is missing, check out this article for some common causes - Details Report is missing information
- Log into the MICA web, search for the loss, and open it by clicking the loss ID.
- In the Claim Explorer window, you should be able to scroll down to Report(s), and click the double chevrons to the left to expand that section.
- Then you'll see Create Details on the right.
- Clicking that generates a new report, which will appear at the top of that list.
- XactAnalysis/Verisk: From there you can download, and email it, and if it's connected to XactAnalysis, you'll have the option to Upload it to XA.
- Claims Connect: if it's connected to CoreLogic/Workspace (fka Claims Connect), you'll need to go to the Claims Connect tab and send the information to Workspace (fka Claims Connect) within the different inner tabs.
