Issue

Why is my room information not displayed on my MICA details report?
Readings are missing from Report
I added new information in my MICA App, but the information is not updating on the report
MICA report is missing pages

Solution(s)

Room information and readings will only show on the MICA details report if the room is added to a dry chamber. Ensure all rooms are added to a dry chamber. After adding rooms to a chamber, export the loss to the MICA cloud and generate a new report.
If you added any new information to the loss in MICA that is not showing on the report, try exporting the loss to the Mitigate (fka MICA) cloud then generate a new Details Report.
