Note

This article covers how to edit pre-configured fields in Luxor (ie Contact Type, Loss Category, Referral Type, etc) if you want to create/edit a custom field or tab you will likely want to check out this article instead - Custom fields and tabs

Lookup Tables Management is the Administrative area of CRM (fka Luxor / LuxorCRM) which allows you to edit the drop-down selections for some pre-built job and contact fields. See the sections below for a full list. 


To access Lookup Tables Management you will need administrative access in CRM (fka Luxor / LuxorCRM). Lookup Tables Management can be found by navigating to Admin > Lookup Tables Management.


 


What can be customized?

Job and Contact fields that can be customized

  • Info Requested From Types
  • Loss Category
  • Loss Type
  • Secondary Loss Type
  • Office
  • Referred By
  • Task Type
  • Company Type
  • Contact Type
  • Referral Type (aka Referral Source)
  • Contact Roles

 

Participants that can be customized

  • Coordinator
  • Estimator
  • Foreman
  • Supervisor



Adding new dropdowns

Note

If you have a DASH integration with CRM (fka Luxor / LuxorCRM) you may need to edit these fields from their source in DASH

If you are interested in editing other fields (not listed here) that have been customized in your CRM (fka Luxor / LuxorCRM) environment, you may need to edit them from Modules Management - see this article for more information Modules Management

In order to add, edit, delete, set as default, or hide/show a dropdown option for one of the lists above:

  1. Navigate to Admin > Lookup Tables Management
  2. Select the area that you want to edit (ex: Referral Type / Source)
  3. Use the menu at the top of the page to Add, Hide/Show, Delete (this example shows the options for Referral Types/Sources, but each page may look a little different depending on which field/dropdown you are editing)
