The issue you're encountering is due to a misconfiguration in the email settings. To correct this error, please follow these steps:
- Sign in to your CRM platform.

- Once in the Admin section, select the "Email Settings" option.
- In the Email Settings, find the "Secure Connection" option and set it to "No".
This adjustment should resolve the error you are experiencing.
