Tip
We suggest downloading your projects at the office before you head out for the day. This ensures that you will be able to access the loss information in the event that you have poor cellular or Wi-Fi connection on site.
You can search and download new losses to your device by doing the following:
- Ensure you are connected to a strong Wi-Fi or cellular connection
- Navigate to the "Losses" section of the Mitigate app
- Use the search bar to locate a loss via name, claim number, job number, or address.
- Once the search pulls up a suggestion, you can click the green cloud/download icon to save it to your device
- As soon as you have downloaded the project, the loss can be worked entirely offline.
