"Index was Outside the Bounds..." Error Message

Issue

When composing an email in DASH™, I get the error message "Index was outside the bounds of the array"

Solution

If you are seeing this error when composing or sending an email in DASH, it usually means there is an issue with the email signature. Deleting the email signature will allow you to send the email. If you would like assistance building an email signature in DASH, please reach out to Support!
