“Result Code: Failed… PolicyNumberMissing” error message when exporting job to Claims Workspace

Issue

  • Received an error when exporting to Claims Workspace (fka Claims Connect)
  • "Result Code: Failed.." error

 


Solution

If you receive this error message when trying to export a job/claim from DASH to Claims Workspace (fka Claims Connect), make sure that the job in DASH has a policy number added.

To check for a policy number:

  1. Log into your DASH environment
  2. Locate the job that has this error 
  3. Scroll down to "Claim Information" quadrant in the middle of the job slideboard (job page) and click the pencil icon next to "Claim Information"
  4. Enter a policy number in the Policy Number field

  5. Click Save and refresh the job page
  6. Try to export the job again
