Torn out moisture points are not showing in MICA report

Torn out moisture points are showing on mobile applications but not in MICA Web on the Detail Report / Preliminary Report
Moisture points are not showing as torn out / removed
A moisture point was removed but does not reflect as such on a MICA report

Check the following causes for torn out points not reflecting properly on MICA Reports:

Has the locally saved data been exported? If you tore out a moisture point within the MICA Mobile or Mitigate Mobile apps, but didn't export that data, it may not reflect on MICA web within your report. Verify that all data has been fully exported from the device where it was captured.
Is at least one initial reading recording? Torn-out or removed moisture points won’t appear in the Detail Report unless there’s an initial reading recorded. Ensure you’ve entered at least one initial reading before marking the point as torn out. This step justifies why the point was removed and ensures it shows correctly in the report.
