Issue
- An assignment is in Claims Workspace (fka Claims Connect) but has not synced over into MICA
- I cannot find my Claims Workspace (fka Claims Connect) assignment in MICA
Solution(s)
- Ensure that your integration between Claims Workspace (fka Claims Connect) and MICA is set up correctly
- Is the assignment an EMS-Water or EMS-Packout?
- Is the assignment a commercial claim?
Checking your setup
First, make sure that your Claims Workspace (fka Claims Connect) / MICA integration is set up:
- Log into your MICA exchange website
- Click on Profile Setup from the navigation menu
- Click on Company Setup
- Then click on the Claims Workspace (fka Claims Connect) Settings tab
- Confirm that your Symbility (aka Claims Connect) ID is added

Is the assignment an accepted assignment type?
At this time the only assignments that will sync from Workspace (fka Claims Connect) to MICA are:
- Non-commercial
- EMS-Water or EMS-Packout claims.
