Overview

This integration will allow you to sync job data between Claims Workspace™ as well as Claims Estimate™ over to your MICA™ application.

Follow the steps listed below to set up your integration.

Guide

1. Navigate to the MICA website on your browser.
2. Click on Profile Setup from the navigation tab at the top of your MICA web environment
3. Click Company Setup to access the Claims Workspace Settings section. 
   • NOTE: you must have administrative privileges to access this area.
4. Click on Claims Connection Settings
5. Add the Claims Workspace Claims Connect ID code and click Save
   • Where to find the Claims Connect ID code? NOTE: may require admin privileges in Claims Connect
     1. Log into Claims Workspace's website. 
     2. Click on your name in the upper right corner.
     3. Select Company Info
     4. See the “Claims Connect ID ” on the page
