Overview
This integration will allow you to sync job data between Claims Workspace™ as well as Claims Estimate™ over to your MICA™ application.
Follow the steps listed below to set up your integration.
Guide
- Navigate to the MICA website on your browser.
- Click on Profile Setup from the navigation tab at the top of your MICA web environment
- Click Company Setup to access the Claims Workspace Settings section.
- NOTE: you must have administrative privileges to access this area.
- Click on Claims Connection Settings
- Add the Claims Workspace Claims Connect ID code and click Save
- Where to find the Claims Connect ID code? NOTE: may require admin privileges in Claims Connect
- Log into Claims Workspace's website.
- Click on your name in the upper right corner.
- Select Company Info
- See the “Claims Connect ID ” on the page
- Where to find the Claims Connect ID code? NOTE: may require admin privileges in Claims Connect
