Overview
Job Track is Contractor Connection's internal tool that contractors use to communicate date for "milestones" in a reconstruction job. Our integration syncs Work Order dates (Estimated Start Date, Estimated End Date and Actual Completion Date) from DASH into Job Track.
Setup
This manual will get you started with the Work Orders / Job Track integration: Job Track Integration Manual
Ensure that you have these securities enabled on the Securities page in DASH:
- Accounting > Work Order > Work Order External Sharing - displays the sync buttons and UI
- Accounting > Work Order > Sync to Contractor Connection- adds the contractor connection key field under Administration > Company > Office Settings (see image below)
- If you are missing this security, you more than likely have not gone through the initial implementation/training. Please reach out to our support team for more information on how to get the Job Track integration
