• Work Order is missing the external sharing button to sync to Contractor Connection (Job Track)

Solution

The ability to mark a WO for external sharing is controlled by a security within DASH:

1. Hover over Administration and click on Employee/Security Settings 
2. Click Security or Group Security
3. Select the employee's name (or title) in the upper-right-hand corner.
4. Expand Accounting
5. Expand Work Orders
6. Mark the box next to "Work Order External Sharing"
