• What do the symbols in the Job Track / Work Order integration stand for?
• Why do I have a red or orange error symbol in the Work Orders section?

Answer

Once work orders/milestones have been shared externally, you will see that the Sync Status is no longer blank, but instead contains a sync icon. 

If any work orders/milestones have not been shared externally, the column will remain blank. See the Job Track / Contractor Connection integration manual for more information - Job Track Integration Manual
